Terms of Service

Last updated November 3, 2026

These terms cover your use of AmpCount, operated by Beersech (beersech.com), based in Argentina (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

AmpCount reads vector PDF plan sets you upload and produces device and fixture counts, flags marks it isn't sure about, and compares counts against fixture schedules. It does not route conduit, size wire, price materials or produce labor units.

2. Your responsibility for counts

AmpCount is a tool to speed up your takeoff, not a replacement for your professional judgment. Counts can be wrong, especially on sheets with unusual symbols. You are responsible for reviewing every count, including the uncertain list, before using it in a bid. We are not liable for bids, estimates, purchases or contracts based on AmpCount output.

3. Plan and billing

4. Your plans and data

You keep all rights to the plans you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. We never use your plans to train models or share them with other customers. When you delete a bid or your account, its files and counts are deleted.

5. Acceptable use

Only upload plans you have the right to use. Don't try to access other accounts, overload the service, or resell it without our written permission.

6. Availability

We work to keep AmpCount running, but we don't guarantee it will be available at all times, including on your bid day.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to AmpCount is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost bids or profits.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or don't pay.

9. Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before it takes effect. Questions: support@ampcount.com. These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
