Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Beersech (beersech.com), the Argentine company that operates AmpCount, collects when you use AmpCount and what we do with it. Short version: we keep what we need to run the service, and your plans stay yours.

What we collect

How we use it

We never sell your data, never use your plans to train models, and never show your plans to other customers.

Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the service: our hosting provider, Polar for payments, Google if you sign in with Google, and our email provider. Each one only gets what it needs for its part.

If your team leaves AI reading on, we send images and text of your sheets to an AI model provider through OpenRouter, only to read sheet titles, legends and fixture schedules and to check doubtful marks. Those requests only go to providers that don't store or train on the data they receive, and the account owner can turn AI reading off anytime on the Team page. With it off, your plans never leave our servers.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and plans while your account is open. Deleting a bid deletes its files and counts. Deleting your account deletes everything, except billing records we must keep for tax purposes.

Cookies

We use one cookie to keep you signed in and short-lived cookies during Google sign-in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can update your name and password in Settings, delete your account anytime, or email support@ampcount.com for a copy of your data or any privacy question.
